so even though it is boring as fuck i am back to writing everything that i eat down, drinking more water, no bread or white pasta, limited meat, and only having one sugar in my tea (boo)
also from now on i shall be cycling to staines unless i have an event, and gonna attempt the sit ups as well again… at some point… i am really shit though :S
